To establish this membership agreement, it is sufficient for you to enter the requested membership information and the password you choose, and to complete your membership by giving the specified approvals and/or permissions. We kindly ask you to enter the requested information accurately, completely and without errors. If you notice an error, please correct it. Any omissions or errors you notice after your membership has been completed can be corrected in the My Account section, accessible via the member login area, or you may contact us at info@twelveworldwide.com.
Once your membership has been completed, we will send this Membership Information and Agreement to the e-mail address you provided when entering your membership details. You can also access this agreement, which is available as a form on our Site, in the sign-up section.
You may terminate your membership at any time, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, by giving verbal or written notice to TPM through the contact channels listed above. Likewise, TPM may terminate or suspend memberships for various reasons.
Information entered on our Site for membership, purchasing products/services and updating information, as well as sensitive personal data relating to credit and debit cards, cannot be viewed by other internet users.
Information belonging to our members may be disclosed to the relevant authorities within the scope of our responsibilities under applicable legislation.
Members who have given permission to receive commercial electronic messages may, at any time they wish and without giving any reason, stop commercial electronic communications addressed to them by contacting TPM through the relevant contact channels listed above, by using the opt-out procedure indicated in our messages, or via the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi).
In accordance with the member's express notice on this matter, communications to the member through the specified channels will be stopped within the maximum period permitted by law (transactions and communications that are possible or required by law will continue in any case).
For members who change any of their information (including contact details) by updating their information on our Site, their personal data and the permission they have given regarding commercial electronic communications also apply to the changed or newly added information.
Similarly, members who have stopped commercial electronic communications for any communication channel by changing their communication preferences, or who have used the opt-out procedure in our commercial electronic messages, will, if they take action on the membership page indicating that they wish to be contacted, continue to receive our commercial electronic messages through the relevant channel on the basis of the consent given here and otherwise, without the need for any further permission/approval and regardless of any previous opt-out notices, until they change their communication preference on the membership page of our Site or duly submit an opt-out notice for any commercial communication.
Other websites accessed through our Site are subject to their own privacy and security policies and terms of use. TPM is not responsible for any disputes, material or non-material damages and losses that may arise from the use of information by websites accessed for the purpose of viewing advertisements, banners or content or for any other purpose, from any notifications received from them or from mobile applications, or from such sites' ethical principles, privacy and security principles, personal data retention and destruction policies, service quality, terms of use and other practices.
All intellectual and industrial property rights and ownership rights relating to any information and content concerning our Site, and their arrangement, revision and partial or full use, belong to TPM, except for those belonging to other third parties under TPM's agreements.
If members purchase a product/service as a result of being informed in the ways specified and/or as a result of communications, information, notifications, promotions and advertisements addressed to them, such transaction is separately subject to the consumer contract they will duly conclude with the seller/provider in accordance with the law. The consumer contract applies under its own terms and between its parties. For purchases on our Site, the terms of the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement that you will see during each transaction will also apply.
TPM reserves the right to make any changes it may deem necessary regarding the matters above and the products, services and opportunities it offers to its members. These changes take effect from the moment they are announced by TPM on the Site or by other appropriate means; all campaigns are subject to their own announced terms.
Our members may submit their requests and complaints to TPM through the contact channels listed above.
We are pleased to address our members' legitimate requests, complaints or applications. Where this is not possible, you may apply, within the statutory monetary limits, to the provincial or district consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or consumer courts in your place of residence.
