PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, “KVKK”), we, as TPM Moda ve Tekstil Anonim Şirketi (“TPM” or the “Company”), attach great importance to the confidentiality of our members' personal data. This Privacy Notice is intended to provide information on the processing of personal data obtained during membership, shopping, communication and similar transactions carried out through twelveworldwide.com (the “Site”).

Within the scope of membership, shopping and communication activities, the following may be processed: identity information (first name, last name), contact information (telephone, e-mail, address), transaction security information, payment and billing information, purchase history, request/complaint information, cookie data and site usage habits.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are processed
for carrying out membership procedures and managing your account,
for providing products and services and carrying out order and payment processes,
for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support services and after-sales procedures,
for carrying out campaign, promotion, announcement and advertising activities, where permission to receive commercial electronic messages has been given,
and for fulfilling obligations arising from legislation, on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Transfer of Personal Data
For the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, in compliance with the KVKK, to legally authorised public institutions and organisations, our business partners, our suppliers, and cargo, payment, call centre and IT infrastructure service providers.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected by automated or partially automated means through the completion of the membership form on the Site, purchases, contact forms, e-mail, the call centre or cookie technologies.

The data are processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

6. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
to learn whether your personal data are being processed,
to request information about such processing, if your data have been processed,
to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose,
to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data have been transferred,
to request correction of the data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
to request erasure or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK,
to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
to object to any result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
to request compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of the data.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights in writing to info@twelveworldwide.com or by the methods specified under the KVKK. Your requests will be concluded free of charge within the periods specified in the KVKK.

7. Personal Data Retention Period
Your personal data are retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for a reasonable period appropriate to the purpose of processing; at the end of this period, they are erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the KVKK.
